Boy's wish to travel to the Philippines granted
Rolfo “Julius” Dogillo will get to spend Christmas with his father in the Philippines — something he might not have been able to do if it hadn’t been for Make-A-Wish Foundation of Guam and TakeCare Insurance Company.
Yesterday morning TakeCare donated $7,500 to fund 15-year-old Dogillo and his family’s trip to the Philippines where he will visit his father, grandparents, cousins and other family members. He will be accompanied on the trip by his mother and four younger siblings, according to family members.
“I’m so excited and so very, very happy,” Dogillo said with a smile on his face just minutes after the check-presentation ceremony.
Dogillo suffers from end stage renal disease and malignant hypertension, which requires him to undergo regular dialysis treatments.
