Discovering a Treasure Trove of Family Photos
Two Christmases when we visited my Mom I made a project of scanning hundreds of old family photos with the intention of getting them organized in some fashion, and saving them on the web and hard drives, etc. But before I got to do much with it, the hard drive I stored them on crapped out and I lost them. Or so I thought. Turns out I uploaded them to my .mac gallery, then promptly forgot that I had done it. Today I stumbled across that gallery and there they are — a wonderful collection of photos that I want to make sure are available forever for kids and grandkids. Today all I’m going to do is post a link to the gallery — where there are dozens of sub-galleries. So here it is http://gallery.mac.com/sellers.michael. When you get there you’ll find a lot of stuff, not well organized — just like you stumbled across it in a physical attic. I’ll get it organized at some point. Promise.
